A Note About Natural Soy Candles

Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax and hand-poured in small batches, so every candle will be a slightly different – although we make every effort to ensure consistency.  You may notice with natural soy wax there are darker patches or "wet" spots in your container candles. This is where the wax has not adhered to the glass completely. There may be a bit of white frosting, or at times an uneven surface. These are all natural occurrences of natural soy wax. These small blemishes do not affect the quality or scent throw of your candle at all, but rather the character of a natural wax product. When using natural ingredients such as soy wax - imperfections are what tells you that these candles are not mass-produced in a factory but made with love and YOU in mind.


Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at this time.

Placing an Order with Multiple Shipping Addresses.
Shipping to multiple addresses is not available at this time. If you’d like to send an order or a gift to a different address, we recommend placing a separate order.

Adding a Gift Message
You can add a gift message to the item(s) in your Shopping Bag. While you're in the Shopping Bag, look for the "Sending as a gift?” text box. Be sure to add the name of the recipient (“TO”) and the name of the sender (“FROM”) along with your message in the box. This gift message will be added on a card to your order. Please enter the recipient's address in the shipping address section.

Sales Tax.
We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries to all states in which Kahani, LLC has a sales tax nexus and/or is taxable in a state. We will automatically calculate the tax rate according to the shipping address in states we have a nexus. If your state collects sales tax on the types of products for sale on this website in which Kahani, LLC has not collected sales tax from your at the time of purchase, you may be responsible for remitting sales tax to your state for your purchase.  

Where can I buy your products/smell your scents in person?
At this time we do not have a storefront or stockists. All of our candles are available exclusively online at www.kahanico.com. 

How fragrant are your products?
This may vary on an individual's fragrance/scent sensitivity. To ensure your space is well-scented, we suggest using each candle in the appropriately-sized space.

Small Spaces: A single 7 oz candle will fill a space of approximately 500 sqft.

Medium Spaces to Large Spaces: We suggest burning two or more 7oz candles at a time for larger spaces.   

How should I take care of my candle?
It is highly recommended that you trim the candle's wick to 1/4" before or after every burn session, and allow the candle to burn at 3-4 hours intervals or until a full melt pool has reached the jar's edges. For more tips, please refer to our Candle Care & Safety page.  

Can your jars be recycled?
Absolutely. They can also be repurposed after a thorough cleaning in many different ways that we will share on our social media very soon.  

Can you do a custom gift box set?
Yes, if you would like to place a custom gift box set, please contact us at support@kahanico.com for more information. Cost for packaging may apply.

Do you offer custom bulk order pricing for wedding/event/corporate gifts?
Yes, if you would like to place a custom bulk order, please contact us at support@kahanico.com for more information. A minimum of 24 pieces of one style/scent is necessary to place a custom bulk order. 

Do you wholesale?
Yes! Please e-mail us at support@kahanico.com to be considered as a wholesale partner. Please note that we are a small company and may not be able to commit to multiple wholesalers at a time.  

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. But, at this time we are only shipping internationally to Canada. We look forward to serving more of the  international community one day. 

I need my candles tomorrow. Can you overnight them?
Unfortunately, we may not able to accommodate this request. We are looking into this possibility for the future. But, please feel free to contact us to discuss possible options, if available.
