Refund policy
At Kahani, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, once a product is shipped it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please note, Kahani, LLC reserves the right to refuse all returns, exchanges, and refunds.
However, in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged during shipping, we will send replacements for damaged products within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the package. The buyer must submit photographic proof of damage and the packing slip to support@kahanico.com.
*In the case where an order has not been processed for shipping yet, we allow customers to cancel all unprocessed orders at any time for a refund. If you wish to cancel your unprocessed order or have any questions, please contact us at support@kahanico.com.
